Community Action Team (CAT)

Community Action Team Inc. (CAT) is a locally controlled, private, not-for-profit corporation, serving Columbia, Clatsop and Tillamook Counties. CAT’s main focus is to mobilize resources and address the needs of the economically disadvantaged.
