We are a property management company who loves to help property owners with the placing of tenants and processing of all paperwork, so they don’t have to.

We process a full and proper screening or testing of an applicant’s credit, criminal history, rental history and ability to pay. We also ensure proper execution of lease documents and accept rent using legal documents approved for NW Oregon. We receive and follow through on any maintenance issues, generally within a budget, with prior or conveyed consent via a Property Management agreement, agreed to by the property owner and also maintain necessary records for tax and legal purposes.
