In this class, you will learn how to create a signature dish from scratch using only four ingredients. These ingredients go into our emergency food boxes.
Our teacher is Corey Englehardt, Progam Manager here at Columbia Pacific Food Bank. Corey is also a culinary chef who is creative and believes that cooking should be full of exploration and adventure. He also believes that cooking is a great way to connect with other people and that’s why he’s willing to host these classes with us and share his knowledge with our community!
During our time together he will also demonstrate different cooking techniques to use in the kitchen such as chopping, sautéing and much more.
