Shop Locally in participating Columbia County businesses for your chance to win one of a minimum of 3 $50.00 Gift Cards. Three winners will be drawn from each city in Columbia County. Clatskanie, Rainier, Scapppoose, St. Helens & Vernonia on Dec 28th. For every $10.00 spent from Nov 17th-Dec 27th at local participating businesses one box will be marked off their “Spirit Card.” When all 20 boxes are full, turn the completed card in at our drop off locations before 5:00 PM on Dec 27th : Clatskanie PUD, City of Rainier Offices, St Helens Community Credit Union Rainier Branch, and Grocery Outlet Scappoose & Wauna Federal Credit Union in Scappoose, St. Helens, Clatskanie & Vernonia.
