Spirit of Halloween Town Scarecrow Contest

SHEDCO and the City of St. Helens proudly announce the opening of the 2017 Scarecrow Contest!!!

Some things to note about this year’s Contest:

* Scarecrows can be entered between September 25 and
October 1.

* Contest is now open to ALL Residents and Businesses of
Columbia County.

* Scarecrows are to be photographed by the individual/business entering them. Instructions on where to send your photos are
in the flier

* Prizes are being offered for both People’s Choice and Judge’s
Choice.
