At Yoga Younion, we offer yoga as mindful movement. We have a range of classes, for new and seasoned yoga practitioners alike. If you are intimidated by fitness studios, or believe “I can’t do yoga because I’m not flexible,” or “I’m not the right size,” then we are the studio for you. Many of our students have been coming here since we opened in 2015. If you are curious about the spiritual aspects of yoga, we weave meditation and yoga philosophy into our movement classes.
We care about students as people and our studio has a community feel. Classes include Chair Yoga, and Levels 1-3 to meet you where you are. Level 1 welcomes folks who can get on the floor but may be new to yoga, coming primarily for stress relief, or managing an injury. Levels 2 and 3 are for folks who have experience and want to explore more dynamic movements and complicated poses. Find the class that is right for you and join us!
We don’t adhere to a particular lineage or style, we practice some form and some flow . Sometimes we are holding poses, sometimes moving between them with our breath. Check out our website for schedule and pricing. We also have a recorded class library and Zoom options for those who want to practice from home.
