In Harmony is a Movement Studio in the heart of Rainier, Oregon offering classes and workshops focused on fitness and well-being. Programming is designed to encourage movement, stress-release, self-awareness, self-care, and fun! All body types, shapes, and mobility levels are welcome as we all deserve access to tools that improve our well-being. In Harmony promotes a body and mind-positive practice and seeks to foster an environment of unity, inclusion and encouragement.

Current classes include:
* Stretch & Breathe (fans of Hatha Yoga will love this; for anyone looking to work on flexibility, balance, and stress relief)
* Vinyasa Flow I
* Gentle Yoga (an evening restorative class; perfect for beginners or anyone needing to unwind from the day)
* Cardio Kickbox (all fitness levels)
* Strengthen & Condition (great cardio class in a circuit class formation)

Workshops:
* Women’s Self-Defense
* CPR Certifications (Fall 2023)
